is her lack of confidence from her skills, her fitting into the team, something from home, or is that just her? there are many reasons why she could be underconfident, so its important to find the reason and work on that.
if its skills based then maybe some one on one time to help her bring up her skills to the level of the rest of the team, if its her not fitting in, then go and watch one of the clubs Div 1 teams together or do some fun activities together. great for team bonding. if its at home well thats whole another story.
