Hi. I am coaching Netta's for the first time, I have 8 players - what has been the best rotation procedure you have used?
I have a system where each player rotates through every position. With 8 players the progression is GS GA WA C OFF WD GD GK. I also printed out courts and coloured in where positions are allowed to go and have them in a display folder so girls can easily access them. This eases some of the chaos trying to put girls on the court as half of them love to be `big girls` and look up where their position is and not have to be told all the time. I often double check each girl is fine before we start
This is the rotation that I use for my eight-year-olds.

Footwork is the foundation of every skill in netball. This guide provides a clear explanation of the stepping rule, the mechanics of one-foot and two-foot landings, pivoting technique, and progressive drills to build footwork confidence from junior level upward.
The early 'shoot from anywhere' era is over. Smart teams now use data-driven decision models to decide when the two-pointer is worth it.
