Hi, im overwhelmed, how do i manage an a and b under 11 teams together, same day same time. There is a huge difference in skills between the 2 teams. It feels like i am not productive in the sessions..

My suggestion would be that preparation is key. You can set the same drills for both teams but it would be best to keep the teams practicing the drills amongst their own team members. Perhaps finish the training session with a game where each team plays one another. Feel free to blow the whistle during the game to stop and point out coaching points- even bringing the ball back to a point for the players to correct their errors.
