Is shoulder pass a closed skill or an open skill

i am confused about shoulder pass being a closed skill or an open skill.

Hi Ella,

A shoulder pass would be considered an open skill as the performer of the skill has to take into account environmental factors such as the movement of other players - they do not fully choose when the action is executed, it is partly decided by the environment and the team.
