I am new to being a coach and haven't Umpired before, played myself for 3 season socially.Any advice how to coach well? I have a top (competitive team) and have only played GD/K

My best piece of advice would be to make sure you are going into training sessions with a clear idea of what you want to achieve and the drills that you want to do. Then keep a list of the drills the players engaged with well and you can then reuse these in future. Also good to keep a bank of drills and keep rotating the use of them.
