any footwork drill can be used in an obstacle course. use a combination of fast feet, burpees, squats, sit ups, zigzags, skipping, ladder work, hurdles, hopping, step ups, weaving between cones ects...im sure you can come up with a fun an effective course using just a handful of the above. also look at the community board for more ideas.
