I have a personality clash between my GK and GD and am about to go to tournament with them? Any advice on how to sort it quickly???
Move one of them somewhere else for shock value and see if they like being moved out of position otherwise just put up with it if it is not affecting your results.
i think that before the tournament or a day or so before at training, you should get the two girls together and talk to them and maybe say i understand that you two have got a personality clash but if you really want to win this tournament and do well in netball then you have to put your differences behind and get on with netball. hope you like this idea. Wishing all the luck on sorting this problem out.
I would recommend that you talk to the whole team about the importance of team work and how personal differences should not effect the team effort as that will let everyone down. I feel so lucky, my girls are not all best buddies but they do have fantastic teamwork esp all my defence combos %3A) best of luck with this, and your tournament.
