I am planning to start a 6 weeks training programme for 9 to 15 yr olds. Can anyone please assist in how i should start off. I am not a coach by the way. Thanks.
I found a 6 week training plan online which was been put together for South East Lincolnshire School Sport Partnership in March 2008. It starts with footwork and follows the basics thru to Hi-Five game play in week six. It is a good basic plan suggesting good development and progression in each session. Good Luck
