JOIN NOWI am looking for some really good/fun team building drills for 11 yr olds?
I coach a girls netball team that is predominantly aged 11 years. I am looking for some really good team building drills â are you able to help/provide this? Also, we have some problem girls who are always trying to get out of doing practice and I wish to make it look so much fun that it would feel like a punishment for them to be sitting on the side watching. Can you provide some ideas?

Hi Leonie, i have tried a new drill with my under 11's this season and they seem to have heaps of fun. 1. I purchased a set of agility belts they love them. 2. Relays are great 3. Another one my girls like is just simple ball work, but if they drop the ball they do a lap of the court, the concentration is great, but if you really want team building make the whole team do a lap when a ball is dropped. 4. I also include them as mini coaches where we all assess each others movement, then ask is she doing it correctly? if not why? What can we do to do it correctly? 5. Give them respect and fun at the same time and they will be ther every week waiting for you like mine are.
