How to make the girls run?

how old are they?  if they are more around 11 and up, i tend to just do drills that require the whole team to run, and if one person slackens off the whole team has to run to the furtherst backline.  and keep doing it until the whole running thing is just easier than spending the whole exercise running.  you can also run relays.  funny how competition tends to make them move faster.  there is always at least a couple of competitive players in a team.  i use to even do suicides or fast feet exercises as a relay.  really makes boring and not fun drills fun to the kids.

Thank you so much Lee Anne :D i will try that with my team :D hehehe but i have another problem... our school don't want to pay for a coach and the teachers are not helping us :( so actually we don't have anytime to come together and practice.. We wanted to gather in the school on Saturday to practice but the teacher didn't allow us to do so.

i am not paid to coach either.  my daughter plays for a club, and thats just my part of giving back to the sport that i love.  you dont always need courts to run on to train.  an oval for now will do.  of course not as good as courts, but still better than not training at all.  a quiet road will do if you are desperate.  not sure if Malaysia has local courts you can use, or if you can approach the school, to see if you can train without a teacher present (provided you have an adult supervising).  i hope you can find an area to train.  and good luck with your comp %3A)

ahhhh thank you %3AD i am quite desperate i guess hehehe ... i love netball so much i can play for the whole day %3AP our school kind of banning us from netball now %3A( hahaha because of our class.. which is nothing to do with the team %3A( most of the team is from my class so we were not allowed to play netball at all . I think that was really really really discouraging %3A(
