I am in need of drills or advice on how to get my team of 11/12 year olds to move the ball down the court from player to player without them all chasing it like a pack of seagulls?

set plays help, and also the drill where you have them zig zag down the court (only use half the court end to end) and have them run and catch the ball down the centre between the two lines. extend them by adding a clearing before running. that should be a good start.
