Hi, i'm looking for formation tactics?

Hi, i'm looking for formation tactics on easy ways to get the ball from the center to the GS or GA and also from the GK to the GS or GA. Are there any other formation tactics as well? This if for my PE coursework and it would be great if I could get some help. Thanks
