Hi all, A question re combatting a centre third zone. What is the best way for players to combat a zone in mid court, and still move the ball into attack effectively, please?

If the opposition set a centre court zone on a defensive throw in, have your GD or WD stand stand in front of a zone player to receive pass ( this zone player should now defend pass) WA & C stand in each half of centre third (beside of centre zone player & in front of 2 remaining zone players. Centre zone player has to choose either WA or C to defend leaving other player free for a quick pass. Pass then should move quickly into attacking end as the GA should now be freed up. Hope this helps.
