Help with setting up a netball academy?

I am trying to set up a netball academy at a sixth form college. I am looking for ideas, suggestions on how to start this and develop the scheme within the college. Has anyone got any pointers?

Hi Anna, I currently run a netball academy in Bridgend, South Wales. Its part of the BTEC National Diploma in Performance and Excellence but will answer any questions you may have. We train every day (weights/aerobic/intervals/skills and drills) and play every Wednesday.
