I need a very basic drill to stop 12 year old representative team from stepping

Stepping is all about not being balanced on landings. So work on landing with 2 feet and hold. make sure their chest and eyes are up as if they isn`t their centre of gravity will be forward and hence the stepping. once they a run takeoff and landing that is balanced, then add in a ball to catch, to catch and pass, to catch pivot and pass. hope that helps.
