you can throw the ball up and catch in split and shoot. roll the ball to yourself as if you are defending the ball and trying to get as close to the goal as possible.
drive out to the outside of the circle then drive in landing close to the goal ring. get balanced quickly ready to shoot. (no ball needed for this drill).
