there are a heap of sessions and drills for all levels on here Ashleigh. You might have to pay a fee, but they will make your planning so much easier. The other options are, go to the library and get some books out on netball and netball coaching, watch other coaches coach and see what they do, or get a mentor to help support you. Until then, teach what you know.
