Can anyone suggest a fun warm up for a group of skilled 14-15yr olds please. Thanks!
I`ve seen some good warms ups at our club for 15yr olds. some are just have them jogging around the courts/oval in line (one behind the other) with the front person with a ball. they are to jog in their line keeping in arms length from the person in front passing the ball over their heads to the person behind them, until they get to the person at the end who has to sprint to the front of the line and keep their congo line going. repeat until you think they are warmed up.
i have also used an basic running drill like suicides, or a zig zag pattern of cones, or a line of cones in line to weave in and out, and set up a relay. you can do this in pairs or teams, depending on what the drill is. anything to keep them moving and competing against each other. the winner can pick the next drill.

Split circle defence is the system the top three NSL teams have built their identity around in 2026. The Goal Keeper and Goal Defence divide the circle into zones, switch in synchrony, and make every passing option look risky. Here is how to coach it.
Most netball shooters know how to shoot. The difference at the top is who can shoot when it counts. A structured 10-minute pre-game mental routine is the most under-used performance tool in club netball - and it is the simplest to teach.
The best Goal Defences in the 2026 NSL season are intercepting more than ever. The reason is not raw athleticism. It is a deliberate shift from chasing the attacker to driving into the flight path of the ball. Here is how to coach it.
