First time coach with under 11's. They need to spread?

First time coach with under 11's. They need to spread out more in the games. Any drills i can do at training to improve??

have 2 teams, using the whole court. 1 team to get the ball from 1 end to the other. Team attacking can only receive a pass if they are running to the player with the ball. Tell them to run away from the ball and do a u turn, to then return to running to the player with the ball. It may take a while for them to get it, but I find if you run the court with them, encouraging them to run away and then come back it does work. Dont worry about 3 seconds until they get it. hope it makes sense, cheers
