i dont have anyone to play with at home but i want to better my fitness and agility as well as working on some core exercises. what exercises would you suggest to do? thank you.
If you have access to England Netball Twitter - Sacha Corbin posts some videos of some solo sessions you can do on your own that look good and are fun to try.
There are also a number of footwork/agility drills on here that you can complete on your own.
If you have a wall you can use that to do some ball work - passing against the wall - try catching with both hands, or using to test your reactions.
If you have access to England Netball on twitter they post some Solo sessions produced by Sacha Corbin that would cover this and be fun to carry out.
On here there are a number of agility/footwork drills that can be carried out by yourself - so run a search and see what you can find!
Also if you have a wall available you can use that to practice passing and catching plus reactions. You can also use it to practice jumping as high as possible to tag the wall.
