Does anyone have any sample session plans that they?

Does anyone have any sample session plans that they have used for their level 2 coaching, i don't want to copy them, just want to see how much detail i need to put in. I have to do 4 linked sessions based on one either attacking or defending principal and show progression in each session.

Any help would be gratefully received.
