Does anyone have a good drill for showing the centre?
Does anyone have a good drill for showing the centre when to become involved in an attacking play moving down the court.
Drills that incorperate - offer and reoffering moves are great for centres. Also a good clearing drill. A good centre should do a lot of clearing moves as oppossed to taking lots of passes. Cheers cathy
