I need help teaching basic defensive structure for a Premier High School team. Can anyone help?!

Hi Nathan,

Here`s a great session to use to coach zone defence. This will hep your team too:

  • Work together to deny and limit attackers space
  • Force errors to regain possession
  • Work as a team to force the opposition out wide
