How often would you put a fitness circuit into netball training, and what key exercise could you suggest?
Hi, Depending on how often your team trains, ours train once a week. We put a circuit session in once a month. Things I find important are%3A 1. reaction balls - working in pairs, one behind each other, the front person throws the reaction ball against the wall, person behind has to try and retrieve it. 2. Competitive sprints, using viper belts 3. Power squats and lunges Hope this helps xx
