Charging issues - is this right?

I have just paid £44.99 for 12 months membership but to view a session it is now asking me for a further £3.49 is this correct?

Hi Hannah,

This is correct. There are two levels of membership: premium and platinum. With premium you get 30% off sessions, and platinum unlocks them all.
