Can you bounce the ball off the post in netball and regain possession

Yes...its exactly the same as if a shooter shoots, hits the ring and regains possession.

Hi Kelsey,

Yes, this is fine but your shooter must be a meter away from the post when she receives the ball. This is to ensure a defender could potentially intercept the ball, however unlikely.
