Bouncing of ball off the poles

Can the ball bebounced off the post of the pole when taking an outside pass in order to catch inside the court and what are the rules regarding this type of pass?

Hi,

Using the goalpost as an 'extra player' is allowed. This tactic can be hard to pull off but equally it's challenging to defend so can be worth the risk!
