How about double marking the GS? Alternatively you will need to get all other players - your GD to GS - to work to deny the lob shot to the opposition. By pushing opposition away from your defending third - up the court or out to the sides - you will help to reduce the accuracy of the lob pass and hence take their GS out of the game.
