Looking for ideas to award our kids for their 1st season of netball. They are ages 7 - 8. I don't want to use most improved or most valuable as they have all improved since their 1st game and they are all valuable to the team. So.....I guess I'm looking for more individual traits/skils ideas that is personal to each and every one of our players
best team player, best passes, best catcher, best at getting free, best footwork, most focussed, best attitude, most adaptable. coaches choice. they would be my suggestions. just think about all the individual skills you have worked on during the year, and pick a few you wish to highlight.

I give out 2 extra awards at our team break up - one for Most Dedicated (primarily based on attendance for practice and game days) and Enthusiasm (best attitude). I also highlight other reasons they may have got it (eg. helping put the gear away). You don`t even have to give out the same ones every year. Tailor it to the kids in your team.
