How can I improve me sticking to my partner and looking for the ball at the same time? and Any tips for defending in the circle.
Hi Karrygon,
GK is a tough yet vital position, it`s important to keep an eye on three things: Ball, opposition GS and your teammate GD.
Footwork is something to work on, and confusing the GS. But don`t move too much. Don`t expect yourself to get intercepts, they rarely come. But by working hard you will tire your opposition player and force them to make mistakes.
Keep an open body position, try not to stay closed off to any of the 3 things mentioned, but stick to your GS. It`s hard work but over the course of the game it`ll pay off!
