basically every has a quarter off bar 1 who gets a full game. you can rotate the full game each week or if everyone else is happy keep the same person on all the time. depends what depth of players you have. as for specific position rotation when it comes to adults you normally have every player able to play at least one other position so you shouldn`t have too much issues in getting everyone off for 1 quarter. but without specifics its hard to give a specific answer.
