i like to do unpredictable passes with my girls. in pairs the feeder passes the ball to the worker using random passes and the worker has to catch the ball. this includes passes to the left/right, high, touch and go (they have to run up to the feeder who is holder the ball outstretched and then receive a lob pass or over head pass), a dropped ball. 2 mins later switch. i also always do centre pass breaks where they have to have the attacker on the outside and work to get ball side or away from their player, and then half court for 5 mins to get their head in the game.
thats my warm up.
