11 players

What's the best way to divide a team with 11 players through the 4 quarters?

Hi Ang F,

Great question. It can be difficult to satisfy all your players with the amount of player time they expect. I would suggest making two changes every five minutes or so. This is to keep fresh legs on the field and not to bring too much disruption with multiple changes at once.

It's also important in training to get people trying out different positions. This way they're able to swap in wherever on the pitch to not only provide them with improved game time but add some much needed depth to your squad.

Hope this helps!

Archie
