what type of info are you after? how to zone, rebound, intercept and read play? what is the best way to defend?...from behind, side or in front? how to defend a shot? how to work the circle? there are so many elements to defending that most of us could write a few pages. if you could be a little more specific that would be helpful and more relevent for the answers you are needing.
