Acceleration, Sidestepping and Shifting of body weight (and the ball) to favour the position you are in

The purpose of this session is to improve your player's ability to draw their opposition off their base, to get defenders off balance and moving them from side to side so that your player can manipulate the attacking zone.
Use this session to develop your players' ability to run with the ball and practice offsetting each defender they take on and improve their individual flair!
Get your team the fastest and most agile out there. As the season deepens, we all need to stay on top of our game; make sure every position is covered with this intense drill.
Teach your team to ruck safely, effectively and quickly. By going 'through the gate' you'll avoid giving away penalties and encourage better binding
