Performing when tired - Endurance Running session

This rugby coaching plan has been designed to test your players' ability to perform, even when they're completely cream-crackered (knackered)

In closely fought rugby games the side that prevails, and drives out the difficult win, is the one with the higher fitness levels. It's for this reason that in this session we aim to ensure that your players can perform the basics, even when they're physically tired out!

What's in the Session?

To help your players outlast their opponents, we get your players running in position related fitness drills before then seeing whether or not they can hold it together and play some convincing rugby in a final game of touch/contact rugby.
