Towards the end of the season, as fatigue sets in, players can be more prone to making simple mistakes. To help you keep these mistakes at bay this session recaps passing and support.
What's in the Session?
To ensure your players stay focused this session includes fun exercises that encourage creativity under match-pressure to keep morale high.
We begin with a wide pitch game of touch to encourage your players to look for space behind and then look to develop the skill, with two drills including the the Avoid the Shields game (this is a fun game that can become very competitive).
To bring things to a close we play a game that eliminates positions and encourages all players to practice and fine tune their core skills.

This session has progressions for you more able players and conditions to develop your less able players.
Quick rucking that produces quick ball is the first step towards a dangerous attacking side. Use this session to get your team rucking quickly, efficiently and effectively!
Find out if your team can drive out a difficult win! Work your team hard and test their match-skills when tired!
Instil confidence and tackle toughness into your players with this tackling from the front, side and back session! Build their knowledge of the benefits of tackling and how different type of tackle can determine the way the phase plays out.
