The aim of this session is to give your forwards the knowledge and confidence to lift your jumpers quickly and bring them down safely - with simple practices that can be applied to any lineout formation/improvements.
Working in pods of three we build the jumping and lifting skills as we go. Starting with a simple react and lift exercise and then adding elements to the skill such as catching and passing at the top of the jump, moving as a pod and competing for the ball in the air!
Use the drills in this session to cover the core skills of lineout play and help your forwards to become masters of the lineout!
