Ball carrier tries to score a try by running past the defender. Support players follow the ball carrier. If tagged, the ball carrier must pass the to one of his / her support players.
The defender must GIVE the tag back before trying to make a second tackle.
Defender - keep head and shoulders above the waist. Head up look at the tag
Attacker - Run into space, Dodge
