Split players evenly across the thirds and divide into two teams on each third, minimum 3 v 3, maximum of 5 v 5. Bothe teams behind the line and then the ball is thrown into the centre of the third, first team to get it starts as attackers. Normal Netball rules apply apart from the score is achieved by getting a 'try' by touching down on the opposite side. Possession passes to opposition and play resumes from that side.
