Get them to go through 2-3 times practicing each shootout situation without any goalie pressure. 3. Several attempts practicing 1v1 skills against goalkeeper. 4. Split into 2 even teams and either do a shootout challenge (keep track of points) OR do knock out challenge (if you miss scoring, you're out. Continue until you have 1 winner).
