The back 4 players transfer the ball between then whilst the midfielders perform skills over the hurdles or other obstacles. This continues to happen until the coach blows his whistle. When the coach blows the whistle, the outside backs attack the space down the side lines and whilst the midfielders in each square try cut them off. The defender must score in the goals on the half way line.
