This drill is done in 3s. Two people in a square, (one attacker and one defender), and the third resting. This drill is done in 60 second rounds. Everyone keeps the same roll for the whole of the 60 seconds. The attacker must drive into space and keep position of the ball within their area, witout being tackled by the defender. If the defender gets the ball, they give it back tot the atacker. After the 60 seconds is up, the 3 swap positions. The attacker becomes the defender, the defender rests and the rester becomes the attacker. The players will rotate around all positions twice. So 6 minutes of hockey.
If the attacker gets penned in the corner by the defender, the attacker must face them and see where the spaces are so that they can drive into them. Try and keep the ball on the end of the stick.
