In groups of 5 the players will first receive a ball and transfer it to the other side, this player will then give a long ball to one of the two attacks from their own colour. A 2v2 will then be played after an obstruction or goal a new ball will be given to the attacking team and they will play a 5v5 at speed. All players will play each position once (total of 5) then a new team will come in. This gives Rens enough time to really give feedback to the men 1-1 or in groups.
Passing to keep the overload (help side when needed). Keeping speed on the ball by carrying into space and not into duels. Communication in regards to positions in attack.
