
Setup: Two narrow pitches, each divided into 3 zones. Groupings: Divide the group into Green v Red. Split each colour into 2 teams. Play 4v4 or 5v5 on each pitch. You can score when you're in the end zone. When a team scores, they lose a player to their team on the other pitch â creating overloads (5v4 / 6v5 etc).
Feedback: Patience and work rate to find space to carry the ball to and support when facing an overload.
