
Setup: Use 1/8 or 1/6 pitch. 4 attackers (inc. 2 wingers + 1 high forward) 2 defenders (1 deep and 1 high to pressure the ball) Attackers try to score. Play 4-5 rounds, then switch defenders. Attackers should rotate roles each round. Attackers' shape: Not including the high forward, who drifts to which ever side of pitch the ball is in, the other 3 attackers should try to maintain a triangle formation. Variation: 7 players: either 5v2, with the additional player as a centre-midfielder who cannot be tackled and whose job is to distribute ball or 4v3, with additional player as an extra defender.
