Both players face same direction, 2m apart. Blue player passes ball through red player's legs (not too hard). Red player must react by quickly chasing the ball, collecting, making a wide turn before passing the ball back to partner. Repeat 3-4 times then switch. Progression: 1) Throw the ball over the player's head 2) Throw or roll 2 balls - red player should chase and collect the furtherst one first, turn and pass, then the 2nd ball.
- Red player must look ahead, not down or back. - Left turn with forehand, right turn with reverse, keeping ball on the stick. - Pass only when you have fully turned to face partner.
