Setup: Two teams 4-5 hoops per team and same number of balls Start with all balls on yellow line. Procedure First player dribbles a ball into each empty hoop, returning for a new ball each time, until every hoop is filled, then runs back to start. Next player on that team does the opposite, i.e. brings every ball back to the start. Repeat until every player has had a go.
Goalies can do this too. No helmet, stick or arm pads needed. Based on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3l2DJIHTGbY&list=PLvBkIbHr1EkTs14E8Oaiot48LaU5h0CgJ&index=5
