This drill is about positioning and communication between strikers. The two full backs start passing back and forth (1), choose a side and pass the ball to the inner. The inner then should have several options to pass to; most preferably towards the T-spot.
The strikers start in the centre of the D and then should lead into 3 spots: 1 towards the ball, 1 towards the post and 1 towards the T-spot (2), It doesn't matter who leads into which spot; communication and awareness is essential here. Most preferably is the pass towards the T-spot, as soon as a striker receives the ball on the T-spot the other strikers and the inner should provide options on the post and around the spot.
