A fastâpaced competitive shooting game that develops pressure shooting, quick decision-making, and rebound anticipation, while keeping players engaged and active.
Create a line of players behind the freeâthrow line (or a closer spot for younger players). The first two players in line each have a ball. Player 1 shoots first. As soon as the ball leaves Player 1âs hands, Player 2 may shoot. If Player 1 scores before Player 2, Player 1 retrieves the ball and returns to the end of the line. If Player 2 scores before Player 1, Player 1 is knocked out (eliminated). After shooting, each player must immediately rebound their own shot as quickly as possible. A player may continue shooting from anywhere after the first shot. The game continues until only one player remains â the Knockout Champion. Source: Breakthrough Basketball - 72 drills
